1) Your child must have an IEP and MEEGS through October 1st of the prior year, or have been on Sooner Start. They must have an Autism diagnosis.

2) Your child must have a Diagnostic from a Psychologist done within the last two years. They must have an Autism diagnosis.

3) Parental Consent for Observation- we require our team to observe your child in their school to gauge the level of behaviors and consider appropriate placement at TABI.

4) After review of all documentation and observations, you will be notified by TABI to discuss eligibility.

5) If TABI is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list for the appropriate classroom. This is NOT first come, first served. Once there is an opening students with the most severe needs will be considered for placement first.

Acceptance of paperwork does not automatically enroll your student in TABI, nor does it imply acceptance into TABI.

The Lindsey Nicole Henry (LNH) Scholarship Act authorizes the parent or guardian of a public school student with a disability who is served under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and who spent the prior school year enrolled in an Oklahoma public school to exercise their parental option and request to have an LNH Scholarship awarded for their child to attend a participating private school approved by the State Board of Education.

Our goal is to meet each child at their own level and teach them the skills that they need to be successful in their respected school. Some children may transition out of TABI in a year, some children may take longer.

We collaborate with several Speech, Occupational, and ABA clinics around Ardmore. Therapy is provided through these facilities based on your insurance eligibility. TABI only helps to facilitate the process to set up therapy. The therapist will then meet your child at TABI for their session.

Dan Corr and his team provide equine therapy for youth of all ages and abilities. He hosts a horse camp for our TABI wildcats each summer and they love it! We have yet to see a kid Mr. Dan can’t help!
