Rowlena Duncan Hartman,

BSN, RN, M.Ed., BCBA


Rowlena obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma in 1987. In 1999 she began working with children with autism spectrum disorder. In 2016, she completed a Master's Degree in Education (Curriculum and Instruction) from Arizona State University which is the basis for the program at the school.

She presently serves as the founder and director of Texoma Autism and Behavior Intervention School (TABI) which is a non-profit school opened in 2018. The private school serves children on the autism spectrum, ages Pre-K through 8th grade and strives to meet each student at his/her own level of intellectual, social, and behavioral need. Through the use of a specially individualized curriculum and behavior programs, the students have the opportunity to learn in a pleasant and safe environment.

In addition to serving on the TABI Board, Beth is also the treasurer for United Way of South Central Oklahoma and is a member of the finance committee for Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Center.

Derek Howard D.O.

Dr. Derek Howard, DO is a Diagnostic Radiology Specialist in Ardmore, OK and has over 25 years of experience in the medical field.

Arthur L Brown

Currently serving as Pastor of First Baptist Church in Connerville, Arthur also works as a Broker Associate with Platinum Realty, as well as co-owning The She Shed Lot, with daughter, both endeavors in Kingston.
